Leona Lewis finally releases new single

X Factor winner reveals Bleeding Love

Leona Lewis's new single Bleeding Love will hit the shops on 22 October.

The X Factor winner has not released a single since her debut record, A Moment Like This, was the Christmas No 1 in December 2006.

Since winning the show Leona has been signed by Clive Davis - the man behind Whitney Housten - and has been working on her new material in the States.

Simon Cowell told Leona, 'You are, absolutely, the best contestant I have ever had across any of these shows' - so he's expecting big things from the 22-year-old.

Leona is due to perform the song on the first live show of The X Factor.
