Pulp Fiction director gets a lift on skip lorry
Friday, 14 September 2007
Kill Bill director Quentin Tarantino caught a lift in a skip lorry after partying in Liverpool.
The 44-year-old jumped into the truck after a night out at a charity do held in honour of his new film Death Proof.
‘Man, I had so much fun when I hitched a ride with this cool trucker dude,’ he says.
‘They were chanting my name so I gave them a wave and we started talking. I told them I was waiting for my driver and the trucker said he would give me a lift.’
Quentin was impressed with the kind offer so he hopped aboard.
‘Liverpool people are really friendly,’ he tells The Sun.
‘I just jumped in.’
