Janet Jackson is appealing against a £270,000 fine for revealing her breast during a performance at the 2004 Superbowl.
The superstar’s right boob popped out on stage while she was singing with Justin Timberlake – and US critics were outraged.
But Janet, 41, is adamant that the episode was a wardrobe malfunction and was never supposed to be part of the show.
The US Federal Communications Commision issued the fine for 'outraging public decency', reports Metro.
