David Beckham: Victoria has never been happier

The move to LA has Posh in high spirits

David Beckham has no regrets about moving to the US because it has made his wife so happy.

Despite reports Victoria, 33, is miserable and homesick, the footballer insists that living in LA has actually put a smile on Victoria’s face.

‘I can’t think of many better places for me, for the kids, for Victoria. I haven’t seen Victoria happier than this in the 10 years we’ve been together,’ says the 32-year-old.

‘That on its own makes it worthwhile coming here.’

And the couple’s three sons, Brooklyn, 8, Romeo, 4, and Cruz, 2, all enjoy trying out the local restaurants.

‘The house is lovely, the schools are sorted, the boys are excited. We took them out to eat at Benihana’s, the Japanese grill place where they cook the food at the table, last night,’ he tells The Observer.

‘They loved it, the three of them sat there beaming. A happy family makes me happy.’
