Amy Winehouse and Blake are completely out of control, says her dad

Mitch Winehouse believes his daughter and son-in-law are heading for rock bottom

Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil have jetted out of London for a holiday but Amy's dad Mitch doesn't think a sunny vacation will fix their problems.

'The only way out of this is not sectioning them, not locking them up. At some point they are going to reach rock bottom,' he told BBC Radio Five Live presenter Victoria Derbyshire.

'At that point they will say, "I don't want to do that any more".'

When Mitch saw the recent pictures of Amy, 23, and Blake, 24, after their bloody bust-up, he was shocked.

'I thought that here are two people that are completely out of control,' he said. 'As a parent it was sickening.'

Mitch disagrees with Amy's father-in-law Giles Fielder-Civil who feels fans should boycott Amy's music to encourage her to seek treatment - and that she should be banned from winning awards until she sorts herself out.
