Mel C to pull out of Spice Girls reunion?

She wants to concentrate on solo career

Mel C could put an end to the Spice Girls reunion – she's said to be on the verge of pulling out.

Sporty Spice, 33 wants to focus on her solo career, despite agreeing to put it on hold.

Her single This Time will be released earlier than expected on 12 October – just a month before the girls' comeback track Woman - and she wants to promote it.

‘It’s an obvious sign of where her priorities lie,' a source tells the People. 'She'll have less time for the group.

‘Things are so tense she hasn’t even spoken to Mel B, Victoria or Geri since June.’

But a spokesperson for the group denied the claims.

‘The girls are in regular touch, they are all getting on great and very much looking forward to the tour,’ he says.
