Thierry Henry broke my heart says his wife

Model Claire ‘didn’t see split coming’

Thierry Henry’s wife has spoken out for the first time since splitting with the footballer.

Claire, 28, is devasted by the break-up and is reported to have been sobbing uncontrollably to pals.

‘I’m gutted – he broke my heart,’ she's claimed to have told friends. ‘It was a complete shock and he’s ruined my life.

‘I’m trying to get on with things, but it’s very difficult.’

The couple’s 4-year marriage came to an end earlier this year. They have a 2-year-old daughter, Tea.

But the British model didn’t realise Thierry, 30, wanted out of the relationship.

‘I thought we were happy and I was in love with a great man,’ she revealed, reports the News Of The World.

‘I just didn’t see this coming. You don’t recover from this.'
