After tearful visit to lawyer, Brit meets up with magician

She left her lawyer's office looking distraught this week but Britney Spears soon perked up.
The troubled singer, 25, wiped away her tears after the midday meeting and decided to have some fun.
She met up with illusionist Criss Angel, 39 – who’s been linked to Cameron Diaz – at LA restaurant Cravings on W Sunset Boulevard.
Soon afterwards, Britters and Criss were spotted opening a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne on the balcony of a suite at the Tower Beverly Hills hotel.
The pair then set off for a drive in the magician's Rolls Royce Phantom before returning at 4am.
‘Britney seemed entranced by Criss,’ a source tells The Sun.
Kevin Federline, 29, is demanding primary custody of sons Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 11 months.
