TV fashion experts give Lily Allen the thumbs up

Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine reckon her clothing range works for normal women

Hard-to-please fashion gurus Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine think Lily Allen is onto a winner with her fashion range.

The singer, 22, has designed clothes for high street store New Look.

But unlike other celeb designers, Trinny and Susannah, 45, reckon Lily’s range is perfect for normal-sized girls.

‘Not everyone has a body like Madonna,’ Trinny, 43, tells the Daily Express.

‘It seems that Madonna designed her range with her own body shape in mind, so if you have her yoga-toned physique, good luck to you – but most people don’t.’

Susannah adds: ‘Lily Allen, on the other hand, is curvy so it's easier to wear her clothes.’
