Sophie Anderton thinks the size zero trend is revolting.

The model - whose weight once plummeted to 6½st - feels sickened when she looks back at old pictures of herself.

‘I thought it was attractive at the time, but weighing 6½st was revolting.’

Sophie, 30, is now a healthy weight and feels fantastic about her figure.

‘I weigh more than ever before, but I feel really great.’
