Singer always carries anti-bacterial wipes

Mandy Moore has revealed she's got a thing about germs - and always carries anti-bacterial wipes to combat them.

The 23-year-old blames her problem on having to meet so many people all the time.

'I'm a bit of a germ freak. I carry antibacterial and alcohol swabs with me when I travel.

'I don't think it's a weird germophobia thing, but when you're shaking people's hands, meeting lots of different people all the time, I don't want to get sick.

'It's as simple as that.'
