Between running a B&B, shooting a second season of her show Tori & Dean: Inn Love, launching a jewelry line on HSN and adjusting to motherhood, Tori Spelling has been a busy woman – but she's already thinking about adding another baby to the mix.

"I'd love to have a little girl, but whatever is in the cards is fine," Spelling, who gave birth to son Liam in March, tells PEOPLE. "I want them to be close in age. I feel that's important. So sooner rather than later."

Not that the 34-year-old multitasking mama and her husband, Dean McDermott, 40, aren't already taking care of much more than just their family. The couple also have a constant stream of guests to look after at their inn, which is captured on camera their show. (Season two premiers on Oxygen Aug. 14.)

"I wanted to open this B&B, but having guests checked in is a whole different thing," says Spelling. "There are people there 24 hours a day. The weather is gorgeous, the flowers are blooming and we're like, wouldn't it be great to be here by ourselves? But then the bell goes ding dong, and the guests are here."

Meanwhile, Spelling has been enjoying watching her son grow and spending time with her mom, Candy, with whom she has reconciled after a falling out.

Liam's latest trick is "to pull up his little T-shirt and show girls his belly," says Spelling. "He's already had his first makeout session with a girl who's a month older. She planted a kiss on his mouth and he loved it!"

He's also taken up exercising with mom, says Spelling, who has shed 22 lbs. since welcoming her son. "I recently went to my first baby and mommy yoga class. It was so cute to see him in there, because he was so obsessed with the other babies. He was all Zen afterwards. "

As for grandma Candy, "Liam lights up when he sees her," says Spelling. "He's made us all realize how important family is."
