Jennifer Lopez awarded $545K in lawsuit against ex-hubby

Singer wins battle over tell-all book

Jennifer Lopez has been awarded $545,000 in a lawsuit against ex-husband Ojani Noa over his plans for a tell-all book, The Unknown Truth: A Passionate Portrait Of A Serial Thriller.

JLo, 38, filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Ojani in 2006, accusing him of breaking a confidentiality agreement he signed in 2005.

The former waiter had agreed not to disclose details about their private life or make disparaging comments about her.

It's alleged Ojani claimed JLo had several affairs and cheated on ex-boyfriend P Diddy with her current husband Marc Anthony.

Arbitrator Richard Chernick says: 'The book proposal clearly contains material that violates the terms referenced in the settlement agreement.'

Ojani married Jennifer in 1997 and they were divorced a year later.
