She doesn't put end to coke claims during custody trial

Kerry Katona and Brian McFadden are locked in a custody battle

Kerry Katona refused to take a drugs test during her custody trial with Brian McFadden.

The singer and ex-hubby Brian, 27, are currently locked in a battle over their daughters Molly, 5, and Lilly, 4.

Lawyers asked Kerry, 26, for evidence that she is clean and fit to look after her kids. But the star – who’s alleged to have suffered from cocaine and booze problems - refused to take tests.

‘Brian thinks her refusal is as clear as any test result,’ says a source.

Brian and his mum Mairead are seeking full custody of the girls, who are currently staying with their dad in Ireland.

‘I don't have any worry about the kids now because they're with me,’ Brian told the News Of The World.

‘But I can't speak about the custody battle for legal reasons.’
