Star suffers sleepless nights
Wednesday, 25 July 2007
Matthew Perry spends his nights wide awake - because he suffers from chronic insomnia.
Despite his best efforts to create a soporific night-time environment, the former Friends actor, 37, just can’t get any shut-eye.
‘I’ve bought really comfortable bedding, I light candles to create a relaxing atmosphere and put on calming music to play while brushing my teeth – but none of these rituals work,’ he tells the Daily Express.
‘It’s hard to turn my head off and when I try to go to sleep something creeps in, a little fear, I think.’
Wonder if he's tried a nice mug of hot milk...
