Britney Spears splashes out on new £3m pad

She jumps into pool to see if she feels at home

Britney Spears has an unusual way of viewing a house – she paddles in the swimming pool with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

And after much splashing about, it looks as if the mum-of-two has her heart set on a stunning £3m five-bedroom mansion in the exclusive LA suburb of Pacific Palisades.

Brit, 26, is said to be impressed by the Mediterranean-style house – which sits on 3.1 acres of land.

She may have even agreed a deal already - the ‘For Sale’ has just been taken down by estate agents.

‘Britney fell in love with the home,’ an onlooker tells the Daily Record. ‘As she played in the pool with the children, she was heard saying, “Do you like this house? Mummy likes this house”.’

Britney is reported to be selling her Hollywood Hills home and her Malibu house.
