Did Lindsay Lohan get smashed at her 21st birthday bash?

The Mean Girls star is struggling with sobriety

Lindsay Lohan is now wearing an alcohol-sensitive anklet because, despite entering rehab, she celebrated her 21st birthday in her usual way, it's claimed.

Lindsay said her bash on 8 July would be a quiet affair with soft drinks and pizza.

'But she was secretly pouring vodka into cans of Red Bull and getting trashed,' a source alleges in the News Of The World.

'The problem with Lindsay is she just loves everything which is bad for her.'

Lindsay, whose new film Poor Things has been cancelled, also seems unable to give up Calum Best, 26 – despite him admitting he cheated on her.

'She is still as besotted as she ever was with him,' says the source.

Calum is said to have presented Linds with a £10,000 Theo Fennel key diamond pendant as a birthday gift.

Mmmmm...really?
