Sir Paul McCartney’s deal could be the largest in British legal history

Heather Mills McCartney could be about to receive almost £70m in her divorce deal with estranged hubby Sir Paul - the largest in British legal history.

The couple split in May last year after 4 years of marriage. If the deal is agreed, the settlement will include a clause forbidding the pair from ever speaking publicly about why their marriage broke down.

Heather, 39, is believed to be in line for an initial lump sum of £15m, reports The Daily Mail.

The ex-model will then get another £3.5m every year until the couple's daughter Beatrice, 3, reaches her 18th birthday.

Paul, 65 – who’s said to be worth £825m - will pay for all of Beatrice's living expenses including her schooling, travel, nannies and security.
