SEE VIDEO: Tori Spelling’s love at first sight

She locked eyes with husband Dean and that was that

Tori Spelling says it was love at first sight when she met her husband Dean

Tori Spelling knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Mind Over Murder co-star Dean McDermott the moment they first locked eyes.

‘I met him, I shook his hand and that was it. It was literally love at first sight,’ says the 34-year-old.

‘Seriously it was, and whenever I tell someone, they’re like, “Oh, sure.” But honestly it was the type of love you see in movies, in fairy-tales, like that love I never believe in.’

Unfortunately, both of them were already married.

Tori divorced husband Charlie Shanian and Dean was divorced from his wife Mary Jo, mum to his kids Jack, 9, and Lola, 2.

The break-ups came as a huge shock to their then partners. But Tori's got no regrets.

‘It was incredibly difficult and yet incredible necessary because the love was so intense,' she tells Stella magazine.

'Even though we might be making a situation difficult for others, how do you turn back?’

Tori married Dean on a beach in Fiji in 2006 and gave birth to their son, Liam Aaron McDermott on 13 March this year.
