She’s taking up a singing career to rival cheating ex

She’s already sung duets with ex Pete Doherty on homemade videos - and occasionally on stage - but now Kate Moss plans to pursue her own music career.

Kate, 33, is said to have been writing her own songs to help her get over the break-up with the troubled singer, 28.

‘When she was with Pete he, asked her to help on his new album and they were halfway through the lyrics and music when they broke up,’ says a source.

‘Kate has continued writing and she says it’s been a great source of strength to her.’

Last week, we reported how Kate burned all of Pete’s love notes.

‘One of the reasons she torched all Pete’s songs was so that he can’t accuse her of using any of his material when she launches her music career,’ the source tells the Sunday Express.

‘She has been writing her own lyrics for a while – and they are genuinely her own.’
