Are Kate Hudson and Dax Shepard an item?

Kate Hudson seems to be getting over her split with Owen Wilson...she's been spotted out with actor Dax Shepard, 32.

The pair were seen leaving Malibu restaurant Nobu on Saturday night holding hands.

‘There were loads of photographers outside the restaurant when they left,’ an onlooker tells TMZ.

‘Dax took of his shirt so Kate could hide her face with it. She was giggling because he was topless. They walked hand-in-hand to a black convertible and drove off together.'

Kate, 28, split from Owen Wilson last month.
