With her sinewy arms and square-cut shoulders, Madonna would make a perfect cover girl for Muscle Mania magazine.

At Sunday's Live Earth concert, the 48-year-old showed off her weird limbs in a black satin puff-sleeved Roberto Cavalli top - which looked very severe.

Her love of ashtanga yoga keeps Madge fit and slim but surely husband Guy Ritchie feels he's being crushed in a vice when she cuddles him?
