Pink: I’d love to adopt a baby

The feisty rock chick, 27, talks exclusively about her plans for a family...

You married motocross racer Carey Hart, 31, last January. How has this changed you?

Well, I’ve been touring, so I haven’t been home the entire time I’ve been married – so not much!

Do you have any plans to start a family?

Like most people, I’d love a family, but I still feel like I’m 17. Adopting is just as beautiful as having your own. I rescue dogs, so why not rescue children?

What do you think of feisty British artists such as Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen?

They’re awesome! The world needs more interesting rock stars and not just boring pop stars, otherwise it’d be a boring place. I’ve listened to both – they’re great.

Britney Spears is working on a new album. Will you be offering an olive branch and writing any songs for her?

No! I’d write for Amy Winehouse, because you need a serious attitude to carry off the dumb stuff I write about.
