Paul Potts: ET gave me my love for opera
Britain’s Got Talent winner Paul Potts says his inspiration for getting into opera was ET.
The 36-year-old says he was entranced by the score for the Steven Spielberg film.
‘It involved me,’ he tells the Daily Express.
‘I saved up my pocket money to buy the CD and then I’d conduct it with one of mum’s knitting needles.’
