The Beckhams wear matching leather to Silverstone

Victoria and David support racing ace Lewis Hamilton in their biker gear

David and Victoria Beckham chose matching black leather jackets for their trip to Silverstone yesterday.

They were at the Northamptonshire racing circuit to cheer on British driver Lewis Hamilton - who finished third in his maiden British Grand Prix.

Posh and Becks consoled the 22-year-old after he failed to take the top spot on home soil.

It was the couple’s first F1 event – and they looked ready to do a few laps of the track themselves.

Posh and Becks also met Lewis's fellow Brit racer Jenson Button.

‘We're looking forward to seeing Jenson and the other drivers race - and Lewis, the man of the moment,’ says Becks, 32, before the race.

And Vicky was enjoying the atmosphere.

‘This is so exciting,’ Posh, 33, told the Daily Mirror. ‘We've met some amazing people.’
