He pops question to Rebecca Ellison while in Las Vegas

Get ready for the latest WAG wedding - football hunk Rio Ferdinand is getting married.

The 28-year-old popped the question to girlfriend of 6 years Rebecca Ellison, 26, on a romantic trip to Las Vegas.

But the pair didn't stay for an Elvis Presley-themed do in the desert – they plan to tie the knot next summer.

‘Rio was delighted when Rebecca said yes,’ a Manchester United source tells The Sun.

‘It was just a matter of time before he plucked up the courage to ask her to become his wife.

‘He’s bought her a beautiful ring — she’s thrilled with it.’

The pair have a daughter, baby Lorenz, together.

Come on, guys, was there really any chance of Rebecca saying no?
