They say they haven’t done anything wrong

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have finally spoken out about paparazzi pictures of them getting steamy in a hot tub in Mexico.

Photos of the couple romping in a Jacuzzi at a private Mexican resort were published in Life and Style Weekly magazine last week.

But there are reported to be other X-rates unpublished snaps.

Nick (who used to be married to Jessica Simpson) and Vanessa are furious about the furore.

‘Where's the scandal?’ fumes Nick, 33.

‘I was in Mexico with my girlfriend of a year, celebrating our anniversary on a private vacation. It's not like I was caught with a Mexican hooker.’

Meanwhile, TV presenter Vanessa, 26, says that although the photos were 'embarrassing' the couple have done nothing wrong.

‘I felt personally violated,’ she says. ‘If I was being disrespectful I would expect to be punished, but I wasn't. It's wrong.’
