Music millionaire sticks to his routine

Simon Cowell’s got a strict exercise regime to stay youthful – he does 300 press-ups a day, even when he’s flying.

The 47-year-old X Factor judge is obsessed with exercising, reveals girlfriend Terri Seymour.

‘Nothing will stop him doing his 300 press-ups,’ the ex-model, 33, tells The Sun.

‘Even if he is flying he will do them on the plane. He just can’t not do them.’

Well, he is approaching the big 50.
