Kerry Katona's knife fear

Armed robbery brings back nightmares

Being held at knifepoint by armed robbers was Kerry Katona's worse nightmare come true.

She's had a fear of knives since she was tiny and living with her troubled mum.

'Kerry has been sobbing uncontrollable and shaking. She is in a real state,' says publicist Max Clifford.

'When she was a young girl she had to pull a knife out of her mother's leg that her mother's partner had plunged in.

'She has always had a real fear of knives - I mean even in the kitchen the knives are covered up.'

The former Atomic Kitten, 26, her 5-month-old baby Heidi Elizabeth, and hubbie Mark Croft were robbed by masked burglars at their £1.5million Cheshire mansion in the early hours of Monday morning.
