Kirstie Allsopp: Kissing Phil Spencer would be like incest

Property specialist denies fancying her co-presenter

Location Location star Kirstie Allsopp has rubbished claims that she has more than just a working relationship with co-presenter Phil Spencer.

The pair get on so well that people who watch their show think they’re an item.

‘People think we're married, while others say, “C'mon, you must've had a snog?”’ she says.

‘Urgh! No! I've met Phil's parents, he's met mine. He and his wife Fiona have stayed with us in Devon.’

Kirstie, 34, is happily settled with property developer partner Ben Andersen and their son Bay Atlas, born last July, and Ben’s two boys from a previous relationship.

And the property guru says the thought of fancying Phil has never crossed her mind, because he’s like a brother.

‘We know everything about each other, we've helped each other through difficult times,’ she tells the Daily Mirror.

‘But to fancy him would be like incest!’
