Flat tummy in France puts an end to rumours

Over-eager members of the paparazzi recently fuelled rumours that another little TomKat kitten might be on the way.

They snapped Katie Holmes on the arm of husband Tom Cruise, 44, as they left a Madrid nightclub where they’d been helping David Beckham to celebrate the end of his career in Spanish football.

Katie’s rather unflattering hooped minidress seemed to give her a bit of a tum.

A spokesman for the couple issued a hasty denial, but given that a star’s publicist usually seems to be the last person to know when their client’s pregnant, everyone ignored that.

It was only when the Cruises moved on to the South of France to attend Scientologist media mogul James Packer’s wedding that the truth became clear.

Katie, 28, stripped down to a swimsuit for a dip in the sea with her and Tom’s daughter Suri and showed off the flattest of stomachs.
