Couple are banned from backstage area at Glastonbury
Wednesday, 27 June 2007
Kate Moss and Pete Doherty were left in the cold by the Arctic Monkeys at the Glastonbury Festival.
The band refused the couple entry to the backstage area before their set.
The likes of Paul Weller, The View and Jo Whiley were waved through, but Pete, 28, and supermodel Kate, 33, were kept out.
‘The Arctics wanted to pick and choose who they had standing behind them and they obviously didn’t want them there,’ says one onlooker.
‘When they turned up at the set with about five pals, a Scouse bouncer told them to get lost. Kate and Pete were fuming.
The love-up duo weren’t upset for long though.
‘In the end they went to the backstage bar and started snogging the face off each other,’ the onlooker tells The Sun.
