Michael Lohan: Lindsay has found God

Dad says Mean Girls star has turned to religion

Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael has revealed that his daughter is looking to religion to help her on the road to recovery.

The troubled actress is currently being treated at Malibu's Promises rehab centre after she was arrested last month fro DUI (Driving Under The Influence).

'Lindsay has found this righteous path because she's going to church and that's a good sign,' says Michael.

And her estranged dad is also pleased she has cancelled her upcoming 21st birthday celebrations at Las Vegas's PURE nightclub.

'It was absurd,' he tells The Insider Show. 'Thank God she called it off.'
