Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a man claiming she crashed her Mercedes into his van after leaving trendy Hollywood eatery The Ivy in 2005.
Raymundo Ortega has accused the Mean Girls actress of being drunk behind the wheel and 'driving recklessly' to avoid paparazzi - and is suing her and the restaurant for more than $200,000 (£100,000).
In his lawsuit, reports tmz.com, Ortega claims the star 'consumed alcohol and became intoxicated', and that 'The Ivy's conduct of serving alcoholic beverages to Lohan was a factor in causing the injuries to Ortega.'
Lindsay's reps were unavailable for comment.
Here's hoping best mate Paris can recommend a good lawyer.
