Wills persuades Becks to appear at Princess Diana’s memorial concert
Friday, 15 June 2007
David Beckham has agreed to make a special appearance at the Princess Diana memorial concert after Prince William, 24, wrote to him.
The Prince, 24, and brother Harry, 22, are both fans of the Real Madrid star and theirs was a personal request.
Wills by-passed David's agent and sent a letter directly to the footie hunk asking him to take part in the event.
Becks, 32, has accepted and will introduce one of the musicians at the 1 July event at Wembley.
‘David was immensely flattered the princes wrote asking him to appear,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror. ‘He is now being lined up to introduce one of the top acts - possibly Sir Elton John or Take That.’
Okay, Wills, what can you do about David's knighthood, then....?
IPC Media Limited, owner of nowmagazine.co.uk, will collect the address of the recipient solely to process your requests.

1 lucky reader will win a DVD player plus a copy of the DVD. 5 runners-up will get a copy of the DVD!
