Jason Donovan: I'm glad I didn't marry Kylie

I'm A Celebrity star has no regrets

Jason Donovan has revealed he's pleased he didn't tie the knot with Kylie Minogue - as he's perfectly content with his current love.

The actor and singer, 39, lives in West London with girlfriend of nine years Angela Malloch and their two kids Jemma, seven, and Zach, six.

'I'm glad I'm not married to someone who is on the front line of showbusiness,' he says. 'I'm not saying that all relationships between actors and actresses fail but I'm just happy I've found someone who's a soulmate.'

The West End star met Angela when she was stage manager and he was performing in The Rocky Horror Picture Show in 1998.

And though Jason once thought Kylie was the sexiest woman alive, Angela quickly took her place.

'I only have eyes for my partner,' he tells Sunday magazine. 'She's a natural down-to-earth person.

'Sex is no longer my priority. Sex comes and goes. We have a great love and we're a great team.'
