Jason Donovan: Kylie's only two chapters in my book

Dating his Neighbours co-star wasn't the highlight of his life, he says

Kylie Minogue hopes Jason Donovan soon finishes the book he's writing about his life...she want to find out what he says about their romance.

The two ex-lovers were co-stars in Neighbours and, after losing touch, began to speak again after the Pop Princess developed cancer.

'I was shocked and concerned to hear of Kylie's illness,' Jason, 39, admits. 'We're old friends and have drifted in our own directions.

'But I sent her a card when she was ill and she wrote back. I'm writing my autobiography at the moment - she's told me she can't wait to read it.'

But don't expect him to dish all the dirt on his famous ex.

'It's not salacious,' Jason, 39, tells Sunday magazine. 'Let's put it in perspective. She was three years of my life, but there's a bigger story than just that.

'There are 22 chapters in my book and only two on her.'

Yeah, but those two chapters might well be the most interesting bits....
