Reality star is sacked for real from her £90k job

She may regret turning down Sir Alan Sugar's top job because The Apprentice’s Katie Hopkins was fired for real yesterday.
'Alpha female' Katie, 31, was shown the door from her £90k-a-year Met Office post for bringing the organisation into disrepute.
The mum-of-two had bragged about her affairs with married men to newspapers - and was photographed making love with one of her lovers al fresco.
‘Katie was on a one-year probation like all new entrants and was constantly being assessed on performance, conduct, time-keeping and attendance,’ says a Met spokeswoman.
Unrepentant Katie plans to take the company, which allowed her unpaid leave to appear on the BBC1 show, to a tribunal.
‘Recently the Met Office has become uncomfortable with the volume of media coverage she was attracting and in particular the many articles about her private life, which also happened to reference her place of work,’ Katie’s spokeswoman tells the Daily Mirror.
