Paris Hilton fears she'll be snapped on the loo

Heiress afraid prison guards will photograph her on the toilet

Paris Hilton is so scared of being pictured going to the toilet in jail, she’s stopped eating and drinking.

The Simple Life star, who was sent back to jail this weekend, avoids using the lavatory in her cell because it’s in full view of the guards – who watch the 26-year-old round the clock.

Officials at the LA jail have now placed the heiress in the medical ward, fearing that she will dehydrate from not drinking.

‘At first she didn’t eat or drink a single thing because she didn’t want to use the toilet,’ a source tells The Sun. ‘She was terrified she would be snapped on the loo.'

Paris made matters worse by sobbing.

‘She cried the entire time,' adds the source, 'and that didn’t help the dehydration.'
