Prince William buys £850 of booze before footie match

Wills dashes to Asda before watching England wallop Estonia

Prince William blew £850 stocking up on booze from supermarket Asda before England’s big match on Wednesday.

Wills, 24, bought vodka, rum, wine, packs of lager and 15 bottles of Pimm’s.

He and his army pals - plus a couple of bodyguards - pushed four trolleys along the aisles and filled them with drinks and snacks.

‘When customers realised who he was they started chatting to him,' Asda branch manager Darren Rideout tells the Daily Mirror.

'He seemed very amiable and was laughing and joking.’

No doubt Wills, who is president of the FA, was even happier after Becks and the boys netted a 3-0 victory over Estonia.
