Star spotted with 'baby bump'

Nicole Richie has been spotted sporting a 'baby bump', it's been claimed.

The 26-year-old - who's renowned for her waif-like figure - has reportedly undergone a series of blood and urine tests which have confirmed she is pregnant.

Last Wednesday, The Simple Life star was photographed outside a reproductive clinic where, insiders say, she is seeking dietary advice.

'Nicole's determined to get healthy for her sake and the baby's,' one source tells Life & Style Weekly.

The slender star is dating Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden - wonder if he's ready for fatherhood?

Her representative has refused to comment on the reports.
