TV presenter dismisses 'too thin' jibes
Sunday, 17 June 2007
Straight-talking TV presenter Trinny Woodall says she's never had an uneasy relationship with food - and isn't concerned about rumours that say she does.
'I don't have a problem with the stories saying I'm skinny at all,' she says. 'I've been the same size for 20 years and am known for my greed!'
The 42-year-old says she doesn't even bother with diets.
'No, diets are rubbish,' she tells Sunday magazine. 'I eat healthily, and often have a day when I stuff myself. This afternoon I had two scones and cakes.
'Every morning I have a drink of spinach, blueberry, celery, carrot and Gillian McKeith energy food with linseed.
'Then I'll have a yummy lunch, but I'll feel good because I had the healthy stuff for breakfast.'
Sounds all right to us, Trin.
