Amy Winehouse: I just want to be a housewife
She may have a successful music career that most girls can only dream of, but Amy Winehouse reckons she'd much prefer to settle down and be a housewife.
The 23-year-old, who's just tied the knot with Blake Fielder-Civil, is clearly keen to concentrate on making a perfect home for him.
'I don't want to be ungrateful,' she tells The Sun. 'I know I'm talented but I wasn't put here to sing. I was put here to be a wife and a mum and look after my family.
'I've always been a homemaker. I love what I do but it's not where it begins and ends.'
We reckon their must be loads of housewives who'd be happy to swap places with you, Amy.
And don't stop singing, you have an incredible gift. The lamb casseroles can wait.
