Courteney Cox: I hate my baby belly

Star says she's insecure about her looks

It's hard to believe that someone as beautiful as Courteney Cox is paranoid about her looks.

But the former Friends star, 42, admits she's struggling to accept the ageing process.

'I have a permanent baby belly after having Coco and I have issues with getting older,' she reveals.

'There are huge changes in my body and my face, and I obsess over them. I just try not to have too many mirrors around.'

And the Dirt star says she's so worried about looking like a prune, she'd even go under the knife.

'David has a huge problem with surgery, but I don't,' she tells Marie Claire. 'It's hard getting older. It's hard not to be the young one anymore, to see your face change, your skin change, and not judge it.'

Well, we think you still look stunning, Courteney.
