Amy Winehouse marries in Miami

After denying secret wedding, she becomes Mrs Blake Fielder-Civil

It's official - Amy Jade Winehouse is now the wife of Blake Fielder-Civil.

The couple, who became engaged in April, married in Miami yesterday morning after escaping from the paparazzi to tie the knot.

Blake, 24, wore his favourite brown trilby and Amy, 23, chose a simple dress.

The newlyweds celebrated in the pool bar at the Shore Club hotel with friends after the ceremony and then headed back to their room for a bit of privacy.

With a big grin on his face, Blake lifted his bride over the theshold.

Clerk Sammy Calixte told The Sun: 'They came in this morning to get married and they were alone. I read the vows and each one said "I do". When I pronounced them man and wife, they hugged and kissed.'

Amy, who has Blake's name tattooed on her chest, forgave him for the heartache he caused her by being unfaithful when they first started dating.

She emptied her pain into songs including Back To Black (see video).
