Ozzy Osbourne misses book deadline

Rocker hasn't finished his autobiography

Ozzy Osbourne has missed the deadline to finish his autobiography.

The 58-year-old rocker signed a lucrative deal to publish a tell-all tome about his marriage to Sharon and his battle with alcoholism, drugs and depression.

But Ozzy has been too slow putting pen to paper and the book - which was due to be released in time for Christmas - has now been postponed until next year.

Ozzy's publicist Gary Farrow told The Independent: 'He just hasn't written it. He is always doing something else, either recording or busy with his festival Ozzfest.

'Sharon is always trying to persuade him to sit down and write, but he won't.'

Let's just hope it's worth the wait.
