Keira Knightley: I throw glasses when I'm mad

Actress has a great way of venting frustration

Keira Knightley, 22, has revealed she likes to chuck things when she's angry.

'Glasses get thrown,' she admits, 'I think it's incredibly good to just to smash things up. 'It's a very satisfying thing.

'The problem is you spend the rest of the night or morning on your hands and knees collecting pieces of glass, which takes hours.

'Then you hoover, but you always find those little bits.'

And what causes a good glass-chucking episode?

'Oh, I've no idea,' she tells The Observer Magazine. 'Frustrations, sadness, drunkenness. Could be all of them. It works because it takes anger away.'

Blimey, sounds like that would make us more annoyed! Good job she's only felt the need to do it twice.
