Kate Moss's collection hit Barneys yesterday - but the supermodel was nowhere to be seen.
Around 150 women queued for three hours outside the upmarket New York department store, but there was no sign of the supermodel - just the strange sight of two models wearing Kate face masks.
The atmosphere was much calmer than at the Topshop launch in London last month, when more than 1,000 shoppers flocked to Oxford Street to see Kate make a fleeting appearance in the store's window.
Shoppers in the Barneys queue simply walked quickly inside when the doors were unlocked at 10am.
The New York Post has criticised 33-year-old Kate's fashion range as unoriginal, dubbing it 'Duplikate'.
But Barneys reported that sales were good, with almost all of the 11,000 items ordered sold out across the US.
That's one in the eye for the sour-pusses.
