Becks thanks Fuller for introducing him to Posh

Spice Girls manager played Cupid with Victoria

David Beckham has thanked Simon Fuller for introducing him to Victoria.

The media mogul, who is behind American Idol, apparently played matchmaker between the pair, when Posh was still in the Spice Girls.

Paying tribute to Fuller, 47, who has been named one of Time Magazine's Most Influential People In The US, Becks said: 'I have many reasons to be thankful to Simon, but in particular, he introduced me to a young lady called Victoria Adams.'

The 32-year-old added that Simon Fuller was also integral in making his move to LA Galaxy.
