David Gest forced to flee UK

Telly star's visa runs out

David Gest has been forced to leave Britain after his visa expired.

Bosses on Grease Is The Word are said to be furious amid fears he could miss tomorrow live's show.

But the telly judge, 53, flew to Ireland yesterday to get a new visa so he could return to Blighty today.

'It was pretty late in the day when we heard about it, so you can imagine our surprise,' a show insider tells The Sun.

'He's supposed to be live on ITV judging the Grease wannabes on Saturday. It's a very David Gest thing to do, but we are a bit miffed.'

Let's hope he makes it back by tomorrow, then...
